The studio has developed papers for restorers based on historical examples. These papers are also suitable for printing, drawing, and writing.
In close collaboration with restorers, custom colored papers and paperboard was developed in the aftermath of the fire catastrophe at the Anna Amalia Library in Weimar.

Quality
Paper made in the studio complies with German (DIN 6738), American (ANSI NISO Z 39.48) (1992), and international (ISO 9706) standards for age-resistant papers. Correspondingly, only wood-free fibers and an alkaline buffer (calcium carbonate) are employed.
